Working out our legalities through the Laws of the Land

It was on December 9, 2024 when we have obtained our Certificate of Incorporation where Bahay SiAdTala Binabaylan Inc have been given a Juridical Personality by the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission as a Religious Organization which is a Ministerial Center of Luntiang Aghama Natural Divine Arts Shrine of Healing Inc. And this has been made possible through the Shrine Resolution made on July 7, 2024 that established Bahay SiAdTala Binabaylan as follows:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a ministerial center is to establish in the City of Taguig on which it shall be known as BAHAY SIADTALA BINABAYLAN on which it shall have its own Certificate of Incorporation through the Securities and Exchange Commission and register as Religious Aggregate; and to fulfill the following functions:

  1. To assist members in Rediscovering their own Indigenous Ancestral Spiritual Lineage or Anituhan through Seminar, Training or Workshop.  
  2. To provide members a means to reconnect with their own Indigenous Ancestral Spiritual lineage using Amulets, Charms, Talismans & Sigils.
  3. To enable our students Re Learn our Philippine Indigenous Spiritual Beliefs and practices in reading and writing Baybayin and its use on Divinatory and diagnostic method, the art of making gayuma, and the practice of ritualistic Hilot as indigenous Filipino Healing Method.

We were so happy that the release of our Certificate of Incorporation was aligned to the stated End of our Fiscal Year which is December 9 and will start every December 10 which is the BirthDate of our Chief Executive Minister which is Rev. Alvin L. Sentin aka Lakay Magbaya Aghama.

Though in our Certificate of Incorporation, the Commission has granted us a Juridical Personality as a Religious Organization on August 2, 2024. And this year, we work out the legalities of our existence by having a Clearance to operate at Brgy. South Signal Village, City of Taguig and also by filing our Certificate of Registration at Bureau of Internal Revenue RDO 44 at Mckinley Hills, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Even though our we are a Religious Organization we still need to comply to the law of the Land by paying the necessary dues being charged to us.
